How To Refresh Your Guest Bathroom

Refresh your Guest Bathroom

Believe it or not, the holidays are quickly approaching.  I always feel a need to start redecorating certain spots in our house knowing that we’ll have plenty of visitors.  The guest bathroom is one of those spots for sure!  Keep reading for my favorite ways to refresh your guest bathroom before the holidays!

1. Paint

I hate painting.  I’m not good a painting. I’m way too impatient.  But it can update spaces so quickly!  Painting a small room like your bathroom can be a cheap and easy way to refresh your whole space.  Click below and pin the link for the best bathroom paint colors for any space!

2. Removable Wallpaper

Not quite ready to paint?  Removable wallpaper is super trendy and is an easy way to add an accent wall.  Etsy has a ton of patterns in every color imaginable.  This is one of my favorites.

3. Update your Hardware

Super easy.  Really inexpensive.  This update will just take a few minutes, but this glass drawer pulls take your bathroom cabinets from builder grade to stand out shine!

4. Organize your Countertops

Organizing just one little area like this is a great way to clear out your bathroom and refresh the whole space.  I have a full bathroom organization challenge if you’re ready for a bigger project.  If not, start with the countertops!  Clear off clutter by finding a new home for it under the sink or buy using a countertop bathroom tray like this one.  Another super easy way to update your countertops is to add some labeled glass bottles from my shop.  They are modern and keep your counter clear of clutter!  Get one for hand soap and one for lotion so your guests always have what they’re looking for!

5. Greenery

I can’t keep a plant alive for anything most of the time.  But that doesn’t stop me from trying!  So my Pinterest boards are filled with pins exactly like this that tell me about the best plants for certain areas of your house.  Nothing makes a room feel more homey than adding a plant or two!  So pin this for later and try adding a few plants to your guest bathroom!

6. New Towels and Shower Curtains

If your fabrics could use a little refresh, pick something new is easy!  White, soft, and fluffy towels along with a bright white shower curtain will make your guests feel like they are in a hotel!

7. New Candles

No bathroom refresh is complete without a gorgeous, scented candle.  This one from Sweet Water Decor is perfect to add that last little touch for your guests!
